WHO SHOULD APPLY
This competitive opportunity is for community members who are representative of the diversity, of varied ideologies and identities, in the community and who have the ability/platform to convene regular groups around topics of concern in their community including but not limited to:
- City and Local Government Officials
- Non-profit leaders
- Community Leaders Associated with Formal and Grassroots Organizations
- Individual School and School District Leadership
- Faith-based Leadership
Skills participants will receive during the required training:
- Facilitated Dialogue Training (18 hours)
- Hands on dialogue experience (10 hours)
- Create a Dialogue Plan
The Dialogue Company and The Hudson Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) Alliance, a non-partisan, non-profit volunteer community organization dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion through intentional education, dialogue, and action. Dr. David Campt and Matthew Freeman from The Dialogue Company will conduct this training.
